During the course of a year I get involved in a number of projects.
Below are just a small selection to illustrate some of the areas in which I work.

Top Team Workshop
The brief was to run a 3 day executive team retreat for teambuilding and strategy development. Together with a colleague we met with the CEO and team members to conduct a diagnostic and then designed a program.
The program used a leadership 360 and a psychometric to explore leadership styles and effectiveness and team dynamics. We then covered some strategic frameworks including Blue Ocean strategy to 'test' the current organisational strategy. The team left with an agenda for personal and organisational improvement.

Strategy Planning Workshop
I was asked to run a two day strategy retreat for an Medical Industry Association to review the current strategy and set the agenda for the coming year. The workshop was for 15 people and used the German Metaplan technology.

Transformational Leadership Training for High Potentials
The brief from the client, a large telecommunications company, was to offer a two day program for senior high potentials which focused on transformational leadership. The program had to align with the CEO's new innovation initiative.
The program consisted of one day on leadership and one day on putting it into action. Participants were introduced to the Full Range Leadership Model and then received feedback from colleagues on their style using the MLQ. Day 2 used behavioural analysis to understand how to improve transformational leadership behaviours. The program was highly rated by participants.

Feedback and Coaching Assignments
I get involved with a number of coaching assignments with senior managers around strategy, change and leadership style. I am also trained in a number of 360 and psychometrics such as LSI, MBTI and SDI and provide feedback and coaching.
One assignment this year was for the new owner of a music school who wanted feedback on how she was performing whilst turning around the business. I got her to complete the LSI 1 self assesment and get her 9 direct reports to complete the LSI 2. I then ran one feedback session to review the results and another to develop an action plan for behaviour modification.
