Development
Paul was the CLO of a Fortune 500 US multinational responsible for senior executive and general manager development and succession worldwide for 27 plus seperate businesses.
Paul has also run a dedicated leadership development firm and has extensive experience in a number of leadership models and 360 degree leadership feedback.
Globalization
Paul has worked as an expat in Hong Kong, the US, and Australia as well as shorter assignments in over 25 countries.
He has advised a number of companies on global strategies and is the editor of two major books on Globalisation.
Change
Management
Paul developed a successful change management consultancy in the UK working with many blue chip clients (ICI, Zeneca, Scottish Power, the Post Office) on organizational change projects.
He currently provides both change managment training programs, change consulting, and the facilitation of change project teams.

Strategy can be divided into three phases: strategising; strategy planning; and strategic implementation. Paul works both 'upstream' and downstream' Upstream he works with senior executives to 'strategise' and develop blue sky strategies, often in strategic retreats.
Downstream he works with top teams to focus on successful strategic implementation via structured techniques such as Hoshin Kanri Goal Deployment.
As is often remarked, "the soft stuff is the hard stuff". Paul focuses on the soft side of project management and project leadership. He has advised a number of global companies on project management success and leading edge appoaches to project management.
He provides both project managment training and acts as a conultant and facilitator to intact project management teams.
Paul's interest in cross cultural management originated with his work in Hong Kong and China in the 1980's. He is the author of one of the most cited papers on Chinese Negotiation Styles.
Paul has worked with a number of companies to provide staff with training on how to work with other cultures.
